Insect Quarterly Service Plan
For houses with recurring insect issues, we’re happy to offer regular service at reduced rates.
- $149 + tax per quarter
- At least 4 visits throughout the year
- Covers spiders, most ant species, wasps, beetles, moths, silverfish and more
- Up to 4 free follow ups in between quarterly visits
- Gets you $100 off other services such as bird exclusion or a series of flea treatments
Rodent & Insect Quarterly Service Plan
Certain factors like dirt crawl spaces, chicken coops, or nearby parks can make ongoing rodent service a necessity. Bundling rodent and insect service also a great way to save if there are multiple pests at your house.
- $896 + tax per year (or get $100 off when you prepay)
- At least 6 visits throughout the year
- Ongoing rodent trapping
- Sealing rodent entry holes
- Insect service if desired (spiders, most ant species, wasps, beetles, moths, silverfish etc.)
- Up to 3 free follow ups in between quarterly visits
Note that we do not service for bed bugs or wood destroying organisms such as carpenter ants. Large homes, complex properties, or severe infestations may impact the prices listed above.
